Open Sesame

Open Sesame! This is our tried and true black sesame.. This cookie uses 100% pure black sesame paste to get that nutty delicious sesame flavor into the cookie base. We add some of our white chocolate, and ta-da! A cookie for the ages. This cookie is not too sweet, not too savory and is a must-try if you love those Asian flavors. 

We always use:

• Farm-fresh, free-range eggs, which give each cookie its golden hue and excellent texture.
• One kind of the finest Belgian (Callebaut) couverture chocolate, white, to create pockets of melted goodness in every bite.
• Premium, handcrafted vanilla extract made with Madagascar AA vanilla beans to provide aromatic sweetness. No store bought vanilla here!
• European butter with 83% fat content to ensure buttery richness and consistency.
