Pandan Gula Melaka

Pandan is here! This cookie features a fragrantly yummy pandan cookie base. For those of you that don't know what it is, pandan is common in Southeast Asian cuisine and is best described as having a coconut-y, vanilla taste. We paired it with our special gula melaka (palm sugar) caramel, which has a deep flavor reminiscent of molasses but better. This is a tried and true Southeast Asian flavor combo. 

We always use:

• Farm-fresh, free-range eggs, which give each cookie its golden hue and excellent texture.
• One kind of the finest Belgian (Callebaut) couverture chocolate, white, to create pockets of melted goodness in every bite.
• Premium, handcrafted vanilla extract made with Madagascar AA vanilla beans to provide aromatic sweetness. No store bought vanilla here!
• European butter with 83% fat content to ensure buttery richness and consistency.
