The Strawberry Matcha Cookie is the perfect spring treat, wonderful combo of premium white chocolate and Kyoto matcha powder brought together in a single strawberry cookie base. 

Our fine Belgian (Callebaut) white chocolate is known for its creamy sweetness and smooth texture that is then blended with our Japanese grade A matcha powder from Uji city which is in Kyoto Prefecture, known for the best matcha in the world. It provides a nice aroma and rich flavor that offsets the sweetness of the chocolate. We combined it with our cookie dough base and filled it with sweet strawberry flavor to give you a perfect cookie for the season. Bring on the spring!
