The Wifey

This is the Wifey, because this is the cookie that the wife always reaches for. This is our Ube Milky Caramel featuring a wonderfully rich ube (purple yam) cookie base made with real ube paste with Belgian white chocolate. The secret ingredient is our condensed milk white caramel that we developed our own receipe for.. instead of traditional sugar, we incorporate condensed milk to give it a wonderfully rich, creamy flavor. Don't miss out on this one, it's been a huge hit at our pop up events and it's now got a permanent home on the menu! 

We always use:

• Farm-fresh, free-range eggs, which give each cookie its golden hue and excellent texture.
• One kind of the finest Belgian (Callebaut) couverture chocolate, white, to create pockets of melted goodness in every bite.
• Premium, handcrafted vanilla extract made with Madagascar AA vanilla beans to provide aromatic sweetness. No store bought vanilla here!
• European butter with 83% fat content to ensure buttery richness and consistency.
